For Processing & Support
Different groups are available based on your level of readiness to connect with others and the therapeutic process.
Bibliotherapy & Reading Groups

We will use books or other written works to increase insight and enhance the therapeutic experience.
Collective Spaces

This is a small group for people who identify as a Body of Culture; Person of the Global Majority; or Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC). We will explore the intersections of racial and ethnic identity, intergenerational trauma and resiliency, coping strategies, and navigating the complexity of these spaces through supportive sharing, use of the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for groups, and expressive based activities.

Navigating Compassion Fatigue & Vicarious Trauma
for Activists & Advocates

You support communities.
You are important and deserve support too.
This group is for those involved in racial, cultural, and ethnic inequality; human rights; and Gender-based violence work.
Vicarious Trauma & Compassion Fatigue
for Helping Professionals

You support clients, families, and communities but what is the impact on you?
If you identify as a mental health provider, case manager, or social worker, this group is for you. Using the group intervention for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)Therapy, we will navigate your experiences in the field and increase resiliency.
Break Up Group

This group is for anyone who has experienced a break up. Whether it is recent or several years, this group offers a space for healing, increased self-understanding, and support. If your break up is related to divorce, let's talk about whether this group is the right fit for you.

Why? There are free, Domestic Violence (DV) services in your community that offer groups that will best address the unique dynamics of your experiences. If this is within your experience, I will share the options within the local area.
