Investing in Yourself​

I am "out of network" and do not accept insurance at this time. However, I am committed to affordable therapy and will provide a superbill each month for you to submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement, depending on your insurance company. 

 

 For all services you may pay below or I will provide an invoice. In my commitment to affordable therapy, I offer a sliding scale for individual therapy, EMDR Intensives, and groups/workshops. You deserve to heal with your finances in mind, which we will talk more about during a free, 15-minute consultation.

Individual Therapy Session for 50 minutes:

EMDR Intensives

EMDR Intensive sessions last 75minutes-6 hours. We will discuss the fee prior to scheduling.  Click here for more information about EMDR Intensives.

Workshops:

$20-$100 depending on the workshop.

A sliding scale for groups/workshops is available for those who are students/interns, new clinicians, and nonprofit staff. ​
